Direct Access. Blockbuster's new by-mail program -- an Internet-based service that offers a wider selection of new releases and catalog DVDs than is available in stores. Total Access. Online subscribers can exchange DVDs via mail or in a store in exchange for free in-store rentals. Blockbuster Premieres. Blockbuster brings exclusive films only to Blockbuster's store and mail customers. Movies on mobile devices. The new Blockbuster iPhone app allows browsing movie and video catalogs, managing your online rental queues and checking to see whether a DVD you want is available at a particular store. A new partnership with Motorola will bring Blockbuster On Demand to mobile devices. Vending machines. Blockbuster's kiosk program in partnership with NCR now offers DVD rentals. It is a platform for other future services as well -- including DVD sales.
